At Northern Sounds and Systems Inc., we strive to provide reliable and efficient shipping across Canada.

Shipping Details:

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days for in-stock items upon receipt of payment.
Free standard shipping is available on orders over $150 (pre-tax). Exceptions apply to oversized items, such as electronic drums, pianos, amplifiers, PA speakers, and shipments to remote areas.
Items ship via Canada Post standard freight. Tracking details will be provided as soon as available.
Orders over $100 require a signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt.

Local Pickup: Choose the Local Pickup option at checkout. We will notify you via email when your order is ready for collection.

Order Issues:

For incorrect items, contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
For visibly damaged items, refuse the shipment and notify us right away. For concealed damage, please contact us immediately after discovering the issue.

Returns Policy:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for items in new, unused, and resalable condition, including original packaging.
Due to sanitary considerations, certain items (e.g., headphones, microphones) are non-returnable.
Contact us for a Return Authorization before returning items. Items without prior authorization may not be accepted for return.
Refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned items.
